Royals Faculty and Staff Family Pass:
What is a Royals Family Pass? A Royals Family Pass is distributed once every school year and allows immediate family members of Queens faculty and staff, free admission to all regular season athletic events.
How do you get a Royals Family Pass? Getting a card is very simple; all you need to do is send an email containing the names of your immediate family members for which you would like cards. Along with their names, please include their relationship to you as well as your campus address. All emails should be directed to Sarah Hauck, haucks@queens.edu.
Conference Carolinas ID’s and other ID Cards
Conference Carolinas- Students of the visiting team shall be admitted free when they present a valid ID.
Queens does not honor any other forms of identification for free entry.
General Admission Single Game Admission Prices
Single game ticket prices are as follows: $6.00- Adults (anyone 18+) $4.00 Children (17 and under) and non-college students with valid school ID Free- Children 3 and under
The following sports charge admission: Men’s Soccer Women’s Soccer Men’s Basketball Women’s Basketball Men’s Lacrosse Women’s Lacrosse on Double-header days with men’s lacrosse
Doubleheader Ticket Price Doubleheader games have the same admission price as a single-game night.
The admission price covers both games and re-entry is permitted with valid ticket.
Group Ticket Sales Group ticket prices are offered for groups of eight or more. Persons wishing to obtain group tickets must contact the sports information office in advance and no later than 3 hours before game time of the first game on a doubleheader day.
For teams: All players are at a cost of $3.00- names must be provided to the sports information office Two coaches/parents are admitted free- names must be provided to the sports information office prior to arriving at the event. One free popcorn coupon for each player (for basketball only)

Pass List Procedures
Queens follows the NCAA rules for pass list procedures, these include: 1. All student athletes are given four complimentary admissions per home game in the student-athlete’s respective sport. 2. Those who shall receive complimentary passes will be required to show identification and sign the pass list as receipt of the passes.
Queens does not provide pass lists for opponents per Conference Carolinas regulations.
NCAA LEGISLATION FOR PASS LIST PROCEDURES: 16.2.1.1 Institutional Contests in the Student-Athlete’s Sport. An institution may provide four complimentary admissions per home or away contest to a student-athlete in the sport in which the individual participates (either practices or competes), regardless of whether the student-athlete competes in the contest.
16.2.1.1.1 Partial Qualifier. An institution may provide a partial qualifier with four complimentary admissions per home contest in the sport in which the individual participates. (Adopted: 3/19/97)
16.2.1.1.3 Tournaments. Complimentary admissions may be provided to members of the institution’s team for all contests in a tournament in which the team is participating, rather than only for the games in which the institution’s team participates. However, the contests must be at the site at which the institution’s team participates.
16.2.1.2 Regulations. Complimentary tickets shall be distributed only to persons designated by the student-athlete who have identified themselves and signed a receipt therefore. The institution shall be responsible for this administrative procedure, and the student-athlete’s eligibility shall be affected by involvement in action contrary to the provisions of Bylaws 16.2.1.1 and 16.2.2.1.
Game Day Policies
For the enjoyment and respect of all spectators, the following items are not permitted inside the Queens facilities on game days:
Outside food and or drink Smoking- We request that smoking is done at least 25 feet from any entrance Sports Equipment (Lacrosse sticks, balls and gloves, Frisbees, ect.) Dog and any other animals
The gates will open 45 minutes prior to game time
Gate Locations: The Queens University of Charlotte Sports Complex: All spectators must use the main entrance (upper gates) This is the top parking lot where the Big Lion is located Ovens Athletics Center All spectators are to enter through the main doors. The doors open up onto Wellesley Ave. Tailgating Tailgating is permitted at Queens with the written approval of the Sports Information Director (SID). Anyone who wishes to plan a tailgate must contact the SID one working day in advance of the planned tailgate. The SID will provide you with a location for your tailgate.
Tailgating Procedure and Rules 1. Alcohol is not permitted under any circumstance. 2. All trash must be removed from the site at the conclusion of the event.
