It is our goal to provide the necessary resources for facilities needs of students, faculty, staff and visitors at Queens University of Charlotte. Our team is comprised of three distinct operating groups — Facilities Planning, Campus Services and Facilities Rentals. Facilities Planning deals with the development of the campus master plan and the construction of new buildings and renovations to existing buildings. Campus Services deals with maintenance repairs, housekeeping, landscaping, telecommunications and furniture purchases. Facilities Rentals deals with rentals of facilities for weddings, special events, conferences, summer internship housing and summer camps.
On our web page you will find how to make requests for work orders for repairs and maintenance, furniture moves, rentals and other facilities needs. Our staff is committed to responding to your requests as quickly as we can and to providing cheerful service. You may find a response card upon completion of our sevices and we would appreciate your filling it out and returning it to the Campus Services office so that we can continue to improve our delivery of services.
