Our maintenance crew performs repair services to all buildings on campus with the exception of the Greek houses.  Regularly scheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, is the best method to assuring maximum life of all mechanical equipment.  Some of the more common services provided by our team include the replacement of light bulbs, repairing plumbing items, painting, and the repairing of heating and cooling systems.

If you have a work request please contact Campus Services immediately and our team will be dispatched as soon as a Work Order is generated.

We also manage the campus energy management system.  To help save energy costs the campus climate control systems will be adjusted during off-hours.  If you plan on utilizing the campus during off-hours please contact us to insure that the A/C or heat is turned on.
