Resident Hall Lobbies Under Renovation
Albright, Belk, Hayes, and Wireman lobbies have been selected to undergo renovations over the next few months.  The lobbies will be painted to reflect themes from around the world.  New furniture will also complete the renovation.

Greek Row Landscape Project
The front of the Greek Row buildings will be the site of a complete landscape overhaul in late January.  Most of the existing landscaping will be removed and a consistent aesthetically pleasing design will be installed.  Native, drought tolerant plants have been chosen to provide the new consistent look across Greek Row.

Albright Elevator Replacement
The elevator in Albright will be replaced by Otis Elevators. 

Everett Library Chiller Replacement
The HVAC system in the Everett Library will undergoing some changes in the spring of 2008 as a new chiller will be installed.  The new system will be more efficient and provide patrons with a more consistent temperature.

Water Well to be installed
Beginning in March an irrigation well will be drilled to a depth of 600 feet.  The new well will help reduce the dependency on water from Charlotte-Mecklenburg.
