Classrooms:
Our classrooms range in seating capacity from 15-50. Classrooms can be used for meetings, lectures and presentations. The majority of the rooms are equipped with LCD Projectors and screens, computer, lap top connections, internet, and white boards or chalk boards. Classrooms range from $200 - $300 for a 8 hour day, depending on the size and location of the classroom. A four hour minimum rental is required.
Sykes Auditorium:
Sykes Auditorium can accommodate up to 215 guests theatre style. It is our largest classroom and is equipped with an LCD Projector and screen, computer, lap top connection, internet, white board, and microphone system. This room is used for meetings, panel discussions, lectures and presentations. Sykes Auditorium may be rented for $600.00 for an 8 hour day. A four hour minimum rental is required. A 50% non refundable deposit is required in order to reserve the auditorium.
Claudia Belk Dining Room:
The Claudia Belk Dining Room is located in the Trexler Student Center and is one of the most popular spaces on campus. This room can be used for a formal or informal luncheon or dinner, meeting, bridal or baby shower, or a small reception. There are hard wood tables and chairs to seat 50 guests. Ovens Athletic Center:
The Ovens Athletic Center is home to the Royals. The gym can be rented out for basketball or volleyball games, practices and camps. The gym can accommodate approximately 600 guests. Located within the Athletic Center is a pool which can be rented for swim practices and used for camps.
