Young Dining Hall

The Young Dining Hall is used for various events including Wedding Receptions and Business Woman of the Year.  It has the elegance of a ball room with hanging chandeliers, carpeted floors, a parquet dance floor, and hard wood tables and chairs, which are included with the rental. 

This facility can seat up to 375 guests.  The rental fee for the Young Dining Hall for a 4 hour reception is $1,000.00.  Additional time may also be purchased.  There is a 125 person minimum for all events in the Dining Hall.

Catering is provided under a seperate contract by our required caterer, Sodexho.   Please click here for a copy of the Catering Menus.

Claudia Belk Dining Room:

 The Claudia Belk Dining Room is located in the Trexler Student Center and is one of the most popular spaces on campus due to its size and location. 

This room is very versatile. It can be used for a formal or informal luncheon or dinner, meeting, bridal or baby shower, or a small reception. 

The room is carpeted, has hanging chandeliers, and large windows.  There are hard wood tables and chairs to seat 50 guests.  Catering will be provided by Sodexho.

The Claudia Belk room rents for $500.00 for a full 8 hour day.  Half day rates are available for a 4 hour minimum.

Withers House:

The Withers House is located at the corner of Selwyn Ave and Wellesley Ave. This parlor style home can be used for wedding receptions, showers, luncheons and parties. 

It can accommodate up to 100 guests standing or 60-70 guests seated. This house has charming character with its sunk in book shelves, fire place mantels, and hard wood floors.  Outside caterers are welcome.

The rental fee for 6 hours is $800.00, which includes set up and break down.  Rental of the Withers House requires a 6 hour minimum.
