There are two online surveys to complete at the end of your internship experience.  One is for the intern to complete, the other for the internship supervisor. 

The surveys are extremely helpful to the Internship & Career Programs staff in determining the value of particular internship sites, needed areas to address with students, and to provide both interns and host employers an opportunity to provide feedback on the internship experience.
