Anonymous gift to Queens creates scholarship named for top civic leaders

The newest Presidential Scholarship at Queens University of Charlotte honors the late C.P. Street and James J. Harris, early civic leaders in Charlotte and former Queens trustees. It will pay full tuition for four years for a Queens student to be selected on the basis of academic excellence and leadership potential.
