All Queens alumni are invited to campus for Royal Weekend, February 6–7, 2026! We’ll celebrate memories, connect with friends, and cheer on the Royals at Homecoming.

11:00 a.m. | Celebration of Generosity Lunch (Invitation only)
Young Dining Hall

This lunch recognizes scholarship donors, our stellar students, and the members of the Ministrare, Royal, and Albright Societies. This event will celebrate the generosity of our donors and showcase the impact of philanthropy at Queens. Mark your calendars for this Royal extravaganza!

2:00 p.m. | Meet the Artist
Sarah Belk Gambrell Center for Arts and Civic Engagement

Mike Wirth, Associate Professor of Art, will be present on the lower level to speak about the process that he and other campus creators used to design and create the Arts at Queens mural. This serves as both tribute and timeline of campus highlights and former faculty from the Visual, Performing and Literary Arts. Spanning over seven decades of inspirational figures and experiences in the arts at Queens, you may view this throughout the weekend but please join us to hear from the artist how this tribute was brought to life.

Learn more about today’s Queens experience during this panel discussion with three current students and Andrea McCrary ’91 assistant professor writing and rhetoric will serve as moderator. This time will include question and answer time so you can really get to know today’s students.

Now that the definitive agreement has been signed, hear more about how the campus will operate and efforts to thoughtfully integrate operations continue as the institutions request required regulatory approvals from various government bodies and accreditors.

Celebrating alumni from all classes! Reconnect with old friends, make new memories, and kick off reunion weekend with great food, music, and fun for everyone. Heavy appetizers and a hosted beer and wine bar for 2 hours.

6:00 p.m. | Royals Athletic Hall of Fame
Sandra Levine Theatre, Sarah Belk Gambrell Center for the Arts and Civic Engagement

Celebrate the accomplishments of our alumni athletes as this year’s class is inducted during a ceremony in the Sandra Levine Theatre.

9:30 a.m. | Chapel Service
Belk Chapel

Join us for a morning message and time of worship. Queens University Chaplain, Adrian Bird, will lead the service, alongside Reverends Nick Cheek ’01, Ashley Cheek ’06 and Joey Haynes ‘11. The Queens choir will sing, and we will also take time to remember classmates who have passed away.

10:30 a.m. | Alumni Awards Presentation and Alumni Association Update

Join the Alumni Association Board for campus updates and the annual alumni awards presentation. This session will be recorded and available later for those who are not able to join us in person.

Members of the Arete Society (those who are or have already celebrated their 50th reunion) will gather for lunch and to learn more about current events at Queens. There will also be a special welcome for the class of 1976.

Just like your days as a student, visit the dining hall for lunch and catch up with classmates and friends. Classes and affinity groups are encouraged to reserve tables at alumni@queens.edu.

Cheer on the Royals as we face off against University of North Alabama. Be sure to meet this year’s Royal Court during halftime.

Everett Library

Sarah Sowa, university archivist, will offer a guided tour of the special collections area of the library featuring items from classes in reunion years.

Visit with friends, connect with your program of study, experience current student organization opportunities and more! Future Royals can enjoy face painting and inflatable obstacles in the Kids Zone. Reserve your spot at alumni@queens.edu.

Support the Royals in the second match-up of our Homecoming & Reunion doubleheader against University of North Florida. Don’t miss halftime where the winners of this year’s Royal Court will be announced.

Keep the party going at these special gatherings. This is a time to continue conversations started earlier in the day, to cheer on the successes and accomplishments of your peers throughout the years, and to enjoy being together on this final eve of Reunion Weekend.

Class giving goals will be set by the planning committee soon, but it’s never too early to celebrate your reunion with a gift to the Queens Fund!
