Jazzercise
The "original" dance exercise phenomenon! Each 60-minute workout is a fusion of dance and muscle toning movements choreographed to today's hottest music. Instructors make all the routines fun and easy to follow. Every class (excluding Sculpt and Express formats) includes a warm up, 40-minute aerobic workout, muscle toning and strengthening segment with weights, and an ending stretch. Queens Students are admitted FREE to certain class times. Employees as well as employees or Presbyterian, CHA and Mecklenburg County Schools will receive a discounted rate. Capoeria
Capoeira, a unique Brazilian Martial Art, combines elements of dance, gymnastics, yoga, and self defense with music and singing in a social, un and welf-challenging sport. No experience is required and we welcome beginners. Classes are held Tuesday & Thursday from 6:40-8:40 and Saturdays from 4:00-6:00. Queens Students are welcome FREE of charge.

Yoga
Queens, in conjunction with Jazzercise, is excited to offer the ultimate mind and body workout, Yoga. Queens students and employees as well as employees of Presbyterian, CHA and Mecklenburg County Schools will receive a discounted rate.

Athletic Strength and Conditioning
Join CJ Williams, certified personal trainer, as he teaches some simple exercises to build both strength and endurance. You do not have to be an athlete to join and no experience is necessary.
