Q Leaders Tackling the Ropes Course
Leadership is at the heart of all we do... Effective leadership gives us the ability to initiate and create positive change in self, others, and communities. Queens University of Charlotte wants to encourage, support and grow students and their leadership capabilities. Q Leaders, short for "Queens Leaders," targets the needs of traditional undergraduate students by introducing vital leadership tactics and topics which will ultimately strengthen leadership awareness. Q Leader participants will be able to implement effective leadership skills within their student club or organization, as well as in the Charlotte community. In addition, students will gain valuable skills and knowledge of leadership, receive exposure to different leadership concepts and ways of thinking, and create working relationships with fellow peers, current student leaders, and Charlotte community leaders.
