All Students living on campus will assigned a student identification card which can be activated by Campus Police to provide access to the 24-hour secured residence halls. To ensure safety to the residents, an access card should never be loaned or given to another for use. Should a card be misplaced or damaged, a replacement may be sought at the Mail/Copy Center located in the lower level of Trexler Student Center.
Room keys are issued during residence hall check-in. Like access cards, keys should never be shared with others. Misplaced or damaged keys must be reported to the Resident Coordinator in order to help protect belongings and ensure personal safety. Damaged keys may be replaced at no cost, but lost keys require a lock change at a fee of $65.00.
The parking deck is reserved for resident students only. The parking deck is secured by a remote control gate which is activated by the assigned residence hall access card. Parking permits are required and must be obtained through Campus Police.
Parking Permits will be available for purchase starting August 19th on myQueens. Please note: All permits must be purchased on-line. Students have a 2 week window starting on the 19th to obtain a Parking Permit.

Bicycles are welcome on campus. All bicycles should be secured with a high security lock such as "Kryptonite" or "Citadel" and locked to the bicycle racks provided on campus. Bicycles may not be stored in halls, stairwells or common areas of the residence halls as they are unsightly and present a potential obstacle during a building evacuation.
Bicycle racks are located in front of Albright and Barnhardt Halls and beside West Hall. The University will remove bicycles that are stored in the residence halls without notice to the student. Bicycles must be registered with Campus Police and engraved for your protection against theft.
Cars
All students at Queens are allowed to bring cars to campus. If you plan to park on campus, it is important for you to understand the policies and even more important for you to register your car. To register your vehicle and receive a parking permit, please complete and print out the Queens Automobile Registration form, then take the form to the Campus Police Office located in the Stultz Building near the Evans Clock Tower.
NOTE: For a complete set of parking codes and the location of parking designations, as well as the hours of enforcement, you will need a Campus Police Parking Guide. These may be obtained at the Campus Police Office.
