The Honor Council is comprised of 12 students elected by their peers and two faculty advisors appointed by the Faculty Council. The Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences serves as the Advisor. The officers consist of the President, two Vice Presidents and the Secretary.
The Honor Council will hear any case that involves high-level academic violations, involves students who are repeat offenders, involves students who are currently on diciplinary warning or probation or lower level cases that were not adjudicated between the student and the instructor.
