Admitted Students
Admitted to Queens University of Charlotte? Congratulations, future Royal!
What’s Next?
A good first step would be to log into your Admitted Student Portal. It’ll act as your personal guide to becoming a Royal. Access the portal to register for an Admitted Student Event, keep an eye on your enrollment checklist, and – most importantly – let us know you’re ready to be a Royal by committing to Queens.
Admitted Student Day
Let’s celebrate your admission to Queens! During this half-day, on-campus event, you’ll get a chance to chat with current students and faculty, attend info sessions, and get an in-depth look at our residence halls and other fun spots on campus.
Financial Aid
The 2025-2026 FAFSA form is now available. Any student who wants to be considered for federal, state, and Queens financial aid programs should fill out this form.
To maximize funding options, you may also fill out the Queens SAI (Student Aid Index) Calculator, which you’ll find in your Admitted Student Portal.
Transcripts
To finalize your enrollment, make sure we receive your final high school transcript as soon as possible. Students who do not submit their transcripts will not be able to move in or begin classes. Your transcript must be sent directly by your high school and include your graduation date. Transcripts for Dual Enrollment credit can be sent directly to admissions@queens.edu.
