Biography

Sarah Creech teaches in the First-Year Writing Program and the English Department, and she specializes in research, argument and fiction writing. She has lead John Belk International Program trips to London and Paris.

Sarah is the author of the novel Season of the Dragonflies published by William Morrow in 2014. The novel was a SIBA OKRA pick for summer 2014. Publishers Weekly described the book as “charming and suspenseful… a memorable debut.” Her second novel titled The Whole Way Home was published by William Morrow in 2017. Her short fiction and essays have appeared in various publications, including The Cortland Review, Writer’s Digest.com, StorySouth and Literary Mama.
