Biography

Elizabeth currently serves as the Assistant Director for the Executive Leadership Institute, where she engages in the design, development, and delivery of leadership development programs, executive coaching engagements, and consulting services. Elizabeth has transferred her skills from working in multiple industry sectors to her current role and has found her calling in the Learning and Development field.

Elizabeth is an engaging facilitator who is passionate about learning. She thrives off the energy of her audience and uses an experiential approach. Rarely does she lecture, but rather uses engaging activities to create an engaging experience that contributes to adult learning strategies. Highly regarded for her flexibility and emotional intelligence, Elizabeth is experienced in her ability to read the room and adjust accordingly to create energy. She is passionate about supporting her colleagues, clients, and those whom she facilitates.

Elizabeth holds an MS in Talent and Organization Development, earning her degree from the McColl School of Business at Queens University of Charlotte in May 2023. She earned two bachelor’s degrees, one in Music and one in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
