Anandi Banerjee, Ph.D.

Biography

Dr. Banerjee is an Assistant Professor of Finance at the McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. Her areas of expertise include corporate finance, empirical asset pricing, and investment management. Dr. Banerjee’s work has been published at respected peer-reviewed journals, such as Finance Research Letters and the Journal of Behavioral and Experimental Finance. She has been invited to present her research at top finance conferences, including the Financial Management Association Annual Meeting, the Multinational Finance Society Conference, the World Finance and Banking Symposium, and the Southwestern Finance Association.

Before joining Queens, she was a professor at NEOMA Business School, France. Dr. Banerjee received her Ph.D. in Finance from the C.T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. Prior to her doctoral studies, she received her Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of Florida, and Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur, India.
