Ben Wilhelm, D.B.A., MSOD

Biography

Dr. Ben Wilhelm teaches organization systems change and principles of talent and organization development graduate courses in the McColl School of Business. His research interests focus on psychological ownership and organizational citizenship.

Ben is President & COO of McFarland Construction, a thriving commercial construction firm, and Managing Partner of Unscripted, LLC, a leadership and executive coaching practice. Ben serves on two private corporate boards and has consulted with numerous mid-market and Fortune 500 companies. He also supports the Executive Leadership Institute at McColl School of Business and is authorized to facilitate a variety of behavioral assessments.

Ben has over 25 years of experience in strategy, operations, business development, and talent development. He has served on over a dozen non-profit and private company boards and is actively engaged in the Charlotte business community.
