Biography
Dr. Morgan started as a full-time professor within Presbyterian School of Nursing in August 2021. She is a double graduate of UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing and is an alumni of the Hillman Scholars in Nursing Innovation program. Her PhD focus was Nursing with a minor in Organizational Behavior. She has clinical experience within acute care pediatrics at UNC Children’s Hospital and has worked in public health at the Mecklenburg County Health Department. Dr. Morgan’s research has revolved around clinician well-being with a focus on burnout and building a more resilient workforce.
