Corporate Rental

If you’re looking for a place for your interns to stay for the summer, Queens University of Charlotte has what you’re looking for! We look forward to working with you and even though it may be just for the summer, we want you to feel at home.

Intern Information

Corporations need to send their intern names and contact information by February 28, 2025.

  • It is the responsibility of the corporation to identify the interns that will need housing. Conference & Event Services (CES) is to not be tasked with reaching out to interns about whether or not they will need housing.

Once we receive this information CES will send the following to the identified interns. Please assist us in notifying your interns that these items are required to be completed within two weeks of receiving them.

  • Housing Contract
  • Acceptance Form

Disability accommodations – In the Acceptance Form we will be asking the identified interns to notify us on whether or not they require disability accommodations. They will then receive the next steps. Due to the time it takes to process and approve disability accommodations we ask that you reinforce to your interns that they notify us of any accommodations needs as soon as they know they are interested in staying at Queens for the summer.
